We were very pleased with the overall experience with Apex.  Starting with our initial discussion with LeAnna, we were provided in depth information regarding the windows, the company and its philosophies, and actual window designs that convinced us that we should consider them as our window replacement.  The pricing that was offered also allowed us to replace several more windows than we had thought we would be able to.

The installation of the windows was well managed and done quickly, efficiently, and with minimal clean up on our end.  The crew that came in replaced all of our windows in 4-5 hours in one day, and therefore our home was minimally disrupted which is very important when you have multiple pets.

We did have 2 screens that needed to be replaced due to some tears that were acknowledged and dealt with by Apex and the installation team and we are now completely satisfied with our windows.

Due to our experience, we have recommended Apex to multiple friends, one of which has had their windows replaced already and a neighbor who will be getting theirs done as well.

APEX’s credibility continued to grow when we meet the master installer at our home who was clearly a perfectionist in his measuring and explaining the window installation process to us.  And then it just got better as we were told it would take about 8 weeks for APEX to manufacture our custom-made windows (we have huge window openings) but they were ready for installation in less than 6 weeks.

And then came the actual installation, which exceeded our expectations!!!  The master installer (Carlos) and his installation crew were incredible.  Every window was carefully handled and inserted with precision. The installation crew was dependable, courteous, and very professional.  A family member who knows his stuff about construction was present and he commented several times about the crew’s outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail in terms of squaring, plumming, insulating, and their on-sight custom molding and trimming.  The crew put in long days to complete the installation and when it was done, you would have never guessed they had been there as there wasn’t even a trace of material/debris left behind. And then the best for last–the new windows and sliding glass doors are fantastic as we are very excited to have modern and beautiful windows to look at as well as help us save funds in heating/cooling cost.
