“We are the proud owners of some 23 new Apex windows. We could not be more pleased. The windows have made a dramatic difference in the comfort of our home. Our home is a ranch style house with two levels on the opposite end of where the HVAC system is located. The master bedroom suite is located on the upper floor of the second level and previously was either too warm or too cold. There was a major difference in the temperature between the rooms on the HVAC end and the opposite end.

With the new windows, there is little temperature difference and our home is uniformly comfortable. We also like they way they look. The installation was just as promised. The crew arrived when they said and completed the job about mid-afternoon. The men who came in wore protective covers on their shoes and were very courteous. They cleaned up carefully on the outside. You would not know they had removed all those windows and installed new ones. We have had no problems in any way and are confident that the Apex folks would respond quickly if some issue arose. While we were primarily shopping for value, they also had the best pricing of the three companies we considered.

In sum, we are pleased we had the old windows and storm windows replaced and very pleased with the sales team, the product, and the installation provided by Apex.”
