At Apex, we are constantly pushing ourselves to reach new heights. Whether it’s through creating a more immersive media presentation, or by launching new markets across the country, Apex is always moving onward and upward. But you can’t accomplish growth without the right people. So at Apex, we put an emphasis on not only bringing the right people in, but keeping them engaged so they can do great things, too. One of the ways we accomplish this is by creating unique experiences for our team… experiences that not everyone gets to have in their lifetime.

Let me give you an example. Last August, our Indianapolis team hit a monthly goal and the reward was a hot air balloon ride over the countryside. Sounds incredible, right? It was. Not only did our team get to float gracefully through the air, but they were involved in every step of the process; from the pre-flight briefing to rolling out the balloon for inflation. It was the perfect metaphor for our team in showing that you can’t get to the top without a lot of hard work and dedication. It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience and thankfully we had enough insight to bring a camera along to capture the whole thing. We couldn’t resist putting together a little promotional video to highlight what an awesome experience this was for our team.
