We’ve all heard Idaho is known for their potatoes (or, is it potahtoes?). But, if you ask our newest franchisees, Pauline and Rachel, they’ll tell you there’s more to Idaho than spuds. They have huckleberries, precious stones and a backcountry that is second to none. They also now have one of the fastest growing companies in the nation ready to offer homeowners ultra-efficient products at a fraction of the cost.
We’re so glad Pauline Carrington and Rachel Pecchenino came knocking at our door. With a brief exposure to the remodeling industry as consumers, Pauline and Rachel knew that there had to be a better way for homeowners to be able to purchase the best products for their home without breaking the bank or compromising on quality for a lower price. Because of their unwavering demand for excellence, we quickly found alignment across all areas of execution; from our core values like passion and innovation, to the tireless pursuit to only offer the best products & customer experiences.
Apex’s daily push to revolutionize our industry often means looking outside of it for inspiration on how we can make it better. This usually starts with people. Pauline and Rachel are the perfect example of how we pair fresh talent with our unique approaches to redefine the status quo. Pauline and Rachel are like-minded, entrepreneurial spirits with a drive to write their own story in life. This dynamic duo collectively brings to their business venture over 25 years of experience in relationship and account management with focus on training and recruiting.
We are thrilled at what these two (and their growing team) have been able to accomplish in their first few weeks since launching. Apex’s emphasis on minimizing our global footprint, providing sizable energy savings to people that share in our vision, as well as the desire for quality and sensibly-priced residential windows has already struck a chord with many homeowners in the Boise market—as it has in all 18 of Apex’s other markets across the country—and we’re just getting started!
We can’t wait see the impact these two have on the lives of the people they hire to build their team, the homeowners who’s quality of living is improved by our products, and the growth they see in themselves as they build their business together.
