Apex founder Michael Foit brings a unique blend of creativity and passion to the remodeling industry and drew upon his artistic background when forming Apex's innovative business model. After returning from Hollywood, CA in 1997 he discovered the window industry through a fellow bartender.

After a brief exposure to the remodeling industry Michael realized an immediate need for higher principles, more energy efficient products, and better service. After forming Apex, Michael adopted a consultant's sales approach rather than "razzle-dazzle" hype and spin.
