A Letter From Our CEO Regarding COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers,
In these uncertain times, we want to share with you the immediate steps we have taken to safeguard every Apex customer in hopes of preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our customers and Apex team members across the country is our top priority.
Like many others, we have implemented the most conservative guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization and we’re continuing to monitor the advice of other local and national health organizations.
We encourage anyone who has an appointment with us to reschedule if they feel uncomfortable, ill or have a family member in the household feeling ill (or who has been diagnosed with COVID-19). For our part in ensuring customer and team safety, all representatives of Apex will be equipped with, and utilize hand-sanitizers, Clorox disinfectant wipes, and latex gloves. They have been instructed to stand no closer than 6ft from you until the pandemic subsides. They will disinfect doorknobs, window sills, or any surface they touch. Additionally, we have instructed our team members to minimize the amount of time in the home. For those susceptible or feeling uncomfortable, our Master Installers and Measure/Service Techs will wear face masks upon your request.
Additionally, Apex has worked closely with our manufacturer, Alside, to assure all material is being handled in the cleanest, safest way possible; and we’ll continue to monitor this daily. Our team has been instructed to wipe down your new windows with disinfectant wipes after installation as an extra measure of precaution.
As always, we will be relentless in our attempt to provide the cleanest and safest installation experience possible. We will push onward, and remain fully operational with friendly staff readily available to answer any questions. Please follow us on social media for any future updates on the matter.
